<br /> --- ----.--- <br /> .1 <br /> Administrator Comments for the 6/30/97 Council Meeting I <br /> Page Six <br /> June 27, 1997 .. <br /> In the area of Economic Development, Gateway continues to be very active. <br /> With the time frames quickly arriving which affect 1997 construction, I anticipate I <br /> even more pressure from Welsh to bring closure on several of the Gateway <br /> activities. <br /> Bricks and Mortar; I've outlined the activities taking place on both City Hall I <br /> and Public Works earlier in this report. I will continue to monitor the progress of <br /> our request on the availability ofland at TCAAP. I <br /> Infrastructure; Public Works continued to work on the problems related to the <br /> recent televising of sanitary sewer lines. A report recommending how to proceed I <br /> with repairs is expected later this summer, <br /> TCAAP; Staff continues to work with Alliant Techsystems, and has discussed I <br /> this at length with the City Council.
