Planning Case 97-06 (Welsh Companies, Round Lake Road, Site Plan and <br /> I Variances). The applicant is requesting approval of the Phase II, m, and IV buildings <br /> which are 104,532 square feet, 1 15,575 square feet, and 11 1,779 square feet respectively, <br /> The Staff is currently trying to enhance some of the design elements of the proposal and <br /> .. ensure proper coordination with the proposed public improvements, <br /> 2. Planning Case 97-10 (John Shelendich, 1459 Glenhill Road, Variance. side yard). <br /> I The applicant is requesting approval of a side yard (street) setback variance (15 feet <br /> proposed when 40 feet is required). The applicants house is at the comer of Glenhill <br /> Road and State Highway 51, The house currently has a 15 foot side yard setback, but due <br /> I to the large right of way for STH 51 is does not appear as such. The applicant wishes to <br /> construct a small addition to the house and the proposed location would appear to be the <br /> only reasonable place to locate the addition. <br /> I 3. Planning Case 97-11 (Jerome Stradinger, 1426 County Road E, Variance - side yard <br /> setback and size of detached structure). The applicant is requesting approval of a <br /> I Variance for a side yard setback and size of detached structure variance, The applicant <br /> wishes construct an addition to an existing garage, The existing garage has a setback of <br /> I 3'3". The existing detached garage is 396 square feet and the proposed addition is 576 <br /> square feet for a total of 972 square feet, when 728 square feet is the maximwn size <br /> allowed, <br /> I 4. Planning Case 97-12 (City of Arden Hills, Code Change).
