<br /> of 1997 there have been 143 building permits issued (127 in 1996) with a combined I

<br /> The second six months of 1997 promises to be equally busy with the addition to the I
<br /> North Heights Lutheran Church (in excess of$5,OM), Phase II of the GBD (in excess of
