A total of three wetlands will be filled. The three wetlands comprise 1.62 acres total. <br /> Displaced wetlands will be mitigated at a rate of2:1 according to Minnesota Statutes. I <br /> . Per regulation by Minnesota's Wetland Conservation Act and Section 404 of the Clean <br /> Water Act, the site design has undergone wetland sequencing to avoid and minimize impact, <br /> and no filling activities will occur without concurrent mitigation. 1 <br /> .
