Ideally, the engineering services provided should be from <br /> project inception through construction, including but not limited to feasibility, I <br /> design, surveying, bidding, staking, inspection, etc. This list of projects should be <br /> representative of the type of work which could be undertaken in the City of Arden <br /> Hills. <br /> S. Additional criteria <br /> used in the selection process will include the demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently I <br /> manage the project within the City's stated requirements, approach to scope of services, <br /> demonstrated previous experience, compatibility of approach with the requirements of this <br /> specific project, and cost control methods.
