Construction Inspector to be accessible by cell phone; <br /> I D. Primary Engineer and Primary Inspector must have experience and back up <br /> support and a continuity in their relationship to the City; and <br /> I E. Primary Engineer and Primary Inspector must have good communications with <br /> I the City and give quick, reasonable responses to the City Council, staff and <br /> general public. ,- <br /> , " <br /> 10.
