Recciving Preliminary Feasibilitv Report. 1998 Street <br /> Improvement Project I <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #97-43, receiving the Preliminary <br /> Feasibility Report for the 1998 Street Improvement Project. Hearings have not <br /> been scheduled, pending final review and selection of an engineering firm for I <br /> 1998. <br /> , <br /> e. Planning Case #95-16. Balfanv Final Plat. Development Al:reement I <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the Pinal Plat related to Planning Case #95- <br /> 16, Balfany Development Company, and the Development Agreement for the <br /> construction of public improvements in the form of the road and utilities. I <br /> f. Cummings Park. Trail Washout. Award Bid (Disaster Relief Funds) <br /> The City Council is asked to award the bid for the completion of the Cummings ~ <br /> Park Trail washout project to Rehbein Construction, with an apparent low bid of <br /> $30,905.
