In sum, the applicant is proposing to: <br /> . Replace all of the windows and doors on the building; <br /> . Add windows to the south and west faces orthe building: <br /> . Rcpaint the west and south faces of the building: <br /> . Replace the north and east races with a stone-like base and stucco; <br /> . Construct brick and metal canopies: and, <br /> .
