Richard Oliveri us, 2029 Thom Comt, stated he was concerned with the privatc driveway. Hc stated hc was also concerned about the homeowners' association and how much control lour homes would have in a homeowners' association. He believed the City Ordinances prevented this type of a development He stated he would like to see a cul- de-sac put in instead of a shared driveway. .
