Planning Case 06-013; Variance & Preliminary Plat; Amities Coast LLC; 3685 & 3695 <br /> New Brighton Road <br /> . Planning Case 06-015; 1212 LLC (Rob Davidson); Zoning Ordinance Addition to add <br /> Special Education & Higher Education as pcrmittcd uses in the B-4 Zone <br /> . Planning Case 06-016; 1212 LLC (Rob Davidson); Special Use Permit for Higher <br />. Education; 1212 Rcd Fox Road <br /> Planning Case 06-013: <br /> The City Council voted to table Amities Coast application for a preliminary plat and variance. <br /> Once the applicant has submitted a revised subdivision proposal, the application will be brought <br /> back to the Planning Commission for further review. <br /> Plannine: Case 06-015: <br /> The City Council unanimously approved the application from 1212 LLC to add Special <br /> Education and Higher Education as special uses in the B-4 Zone.
