Green Company for August Engineering in the amount of$26,3l6.42; Hydro <br /> Supply Company for commercial water meters in the amount of$16,866.82; and <br /> the Architectural Alliance for 75% of the City Hall design in the amount of <br /> . $4,505.35. <br /> 3.
