Final Pay Estimate <br /> The City Council is asked to authorize the final Pay Estimate in the amount of <br /> $12,775.82 to Thor Construction for the 1996 Trail Improvement project. This I <br /> would bring the total construction cost to $98,902.08, which is less than the <br /> contract amount of $99,906.20. <br /> d. Gatewav Business District (GBD). Sale and Purchase Agreement/Naegele I <br /> Outdoor Advertisin~. Inc. ' I <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the Sale and Purchase Agreement for the <br /> purchase of property from Naegele Outdoor Advertising, substantially in the form <br /> presented, subject to nonsubstantial changes being approved by the City's I <br /> attorneys and City Administrator; authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to <br /> execute all necessary documentation; subject to conditions. This purchase <br /> includes three strips of property which are adjacent to the former Pentair property. I <br /> These strips were included in the Purchase and Sale Agreement approved on <br /> September 22, 1997 with Welsh Companies. <br /> e. Healthy Youth Coalition Discussion I <br /> Mayor Probst and Councilmember Aplikowski will be updating the Council on <br /> the status of the Healthy Youth Coalition. ell <br /> f. Res. #97-45. Authorizing Execution of Sub-Grant Agreement for Federal <br /> Assistauce I <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #97-45, authorizing execution of <br /> the sub-grant agreement for federal assistance. This agreement will allow the City <br /> to be reimbursed for damages incurred during the July storms. I <br /> g. Apnointment of Consultine Eneineer. BRW I <br /> The City Council is asked to authorize the appointment ofBRW, Inc. as the City's <br /> Consulting Engineer. <br /> 4. Department Report I <br /> The City Council will find the department report enclosed for each of the various City <br /> Departments. Activities related to the Administration Department include: I <br /> a. General Administration <br /> 1. Codification I <br /> Staff met with LMC officials to review the status of our codification <br /> process. The goal established was to complete this project prior to the end I <br /> of 1997.
