The trail could then be constructed within these <br /> easements. I do not concur with this proposal. Aside from the 10 feet of trail that will be <br /> constructed, either within the proposed trail easement or the V,S, Fish and Wildlife property, the <br /> City parks and trail system would not benefit from the conservation and wetland easements. <br /> I These areas are required by the developer in addition to the park dedication requirement. <br /> Recommendation <br /> I I am recommending that Welsh be required to dedicate 20 feet for trail construction as indicated <br /> by the attached map.
