I <br /> At the July 28, 1997 hearing, the City Council voted to approve the proposed" <br /> , ' <br /> improvements to Fourteenth Street NE without providing a sixty foot right-of-way (60' I <br /> R,Q.W.) to the Vaughan property. The City Council based its vote on the belief that Dan <br /> Vaughan had not contacted 'he City about potential development on the Vaughan <br /> property. I was recently informed that such belief is inaccurate. I <br /> Approximately one year ago, Dan Vaughan met with Mr, Brian Fritsinger, then <br /> Arden Hills Community Development Director, at the Arden Hills City Hall and I <br /> discussed general and specific development proposals for the Vaughan property. This <br /> important fact coupled with other facts and concerns addressed at the July 28, 1997 <br /> hearing requires the City Council to re-examine Arden Towers, Inc.
