<br /> I , <br /> :, All findings and conclusions set forth in the Resolution directing this Order are hereby <br /> incorporated herein, which Resolution shall be served along with a copy of this Order as <br /> set forth below. <br /> I ORDER <br /> BASED ON THE ABOVE FINDINGS, the City Council determines that this Building <br /> I is a "hazardous building" within the meaning of the Hazardous Building Statutc and <br /> demands that corrective action be taken by the Property Owner. Corrective action shall <br /> include the completion of all steps necessary to bring the Building into compliance with <br /> I all applicable City Codes and abating all violating conditions set forth in the Findings, <br /> above. Attached to this Findings and Order as Exhibit A is a list of items, as determined <br /> by the Building Official as of the date hereof, which need to be completed in order to <br /> I comply with this Order. As the work progresses, further investigation may reveal that <br /> additional steps need to be taken in ordcr to bring thc Propcrty into compliance with <br /> I applicable City Codes. You will be advised of any such additional steps, in writing, by <br /> the Building Official or City Administrator. This Order shall be served upon the Property <br /> Owner, and any lien holder of record, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 463.17, who shall <br /> I have twenty (20) days from the date of service to interpose an Answer to this Order. A <br /> copy of the Order with proof of service shall be filed with the Court Administrator.
