At our last meeting on September 5, 1997, located on your property at 1369 <br /> Forest Lane YOLl informed me that you had a meeting with your insurance company on <br /> September 10,1997, to discuss settlement on your property. You stated you would <br /> I contact me no later than September 12, 1997, and inform me of the results. <br /> 1 have tried contacting YOLl on September 15 and September 17 with no response. Since <br /> -: the City has not heard from you we have no other recourse than to begin legal action to <br /> abate your property. <br /> I The home has broken/missing windows and in poor condition. The home is not fit for <br /> human habitation and may have to be placarded as such. The exterior violations of <br /> rubbish/debris and unlicensed vehicles have not been removed as of September 17, <br /> I 1997, and new citations have been issued.
