I <br /> However, the City has previously sent you letters on June 18, 1997, (concerning the I <br /> unlicensed vehicles and rubbish and debris) and on July 23, again concerning the <br /> vehicles and debris, along with our concerns that due to the recent flre at 1369 Forest <br /> Lane the home might be in an unhabitablc condition. Bccause the City has not heard I <br /> from you at all since the original letter was sent out and the August 1, deadline has <br /> passed, we contacted our City Attorney to begin proceedings to enable us to determine <br /> the current condition of the home, and to abate the numerous code violations that exist \I <br /> at 1369 Forest Lane. <br /> The home currently has some windows broken and missing, in addition to damage on I <br /> the roof. Again, the City is requesting a meeting with you at the site to determine the <br /> current condition of the home, and to discuss a reasonable time table to resolve the <br /> already mentioned code violations. Considering the fire occurred over 60 days ago and I <br /> the vehicles and rubbish and debris have existed much longer, the City will need to have <br /> this meeting take place no later than September 5,1997. <br /> P.lease contact me as early as possible to set up a time before that date. If we do not I <br /> hear from you before than, we will again be forced to contact our City Attomey to begin <br /> proceedings to abate the code violations. I <br /> If you have any other questions or concerns, please bring them to my attention when I <br /> you call.
