The City is <br /> aware that a fire had occurred in the building, and at that time the building may not have <br /> I been in a habitable condition; due not only to the fire, but to the large amount of rubbish <br /> and debris throughout the building. <br /> I Also, the City noticed a wire that ran from the garage to the home, which was <br /> improperly installed, and also constituted an immediate safety hazard. The letter sent <br /> II on July 23, indicated to you to contact the City by the first of August.
