Comm",,]', D",]opm,,' D'codoc ~ <br />I <br /> SUBJECT: Case #97-21, Variancc - housc addition <br /> Bcn Sharpe, 1124 Bcnton Wa.y <br />I The Staff,was able to find one variance request in the Hunters Park PUD with the assistance of <br /> Councilmember Malone (Exhibit A). Planning Case 86-35 was a request for an 465 square foot <br />I addition to the house at 1 ]53 Benton Way (Lot 4, Block 3, Hunters Park). The City Council <br /> approved the request on November 10, 1986 with the following conditions: <br />I 1. Sideyard Setback Variance being 3 feet. <br /> 2. No portion of the house being within 10 feet of the neighboring house to the south. <br /> 3. Rearyard Setback Variance of 10 feet, which increases the Lot Coverage above the <br />.. acceptable limit, requiring a 7% coverage variance, and such approval is based on <br /> recommendation of the Homeowners Association of Hunter's Park and the changes the <br /> applicant has negotiated. <br />I The Staff was unable to find the Planning Commission (November 5,1986) or the Board of Appeals <br />I (October 30, 1986) which correspond to this request.
