This approval is conditioned upon your use of siding <br />and roofing materials consistent with the current materials of your home. The <br />Commmittee's vote was four in favor and one against approving the alteration. The I <br />member voting against the alteration did not approve of extending the width of your <br />home. <br /> It is the Committee's belief that you wiil need a variance from the city of Arden J <br />Hills to obtain a building permit. You should be aware that the zoning code requires rear <br />yard setbacks of 30 feet and side yard setbacks of 5 feet. The sideyard setback also <br />requires an ag5"'egate minimum of 15 feet betwe.en structures on neighboring lot lines.
