MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 1997 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - NEW BRIGHTON CITY HALL <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Erickson called the meeting to order at 7:33 p,m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br />- <br /> Present were Chair Steve Erickson, Commissioners Terri Duchenes, Gregg Larson, Brent <br /> Nelson, Dave Sand, and Therese Galatowitsch, <br />... <br /> Absent was Commissioner Marly Rye. <br />- Also present were: Councilmember Dale Hicks, Community Development Director <br />I Kevin Ringwald, and Recording Secretary Lorri Kopischke. <br />- APPROVE MINUTES <br />-. Commissioner Sand noted that he had not received the minutes of the October I, 1997 meeting. <br />II Larson moved, seconded by Galatowitsch to approve the October I, 1997, minutes. The <br /> motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br />I CASE #97-23 PUBLIC HEARING. MANUFACTURER'S SERVICE LIMITED. 4300 <br />I ROUND LAKE ROAD. SPECIAL USE PERMIT (SUP) AMENDMENT <br /> Chair Erickson gave an overview of the public hearing process, then opened the public hearing at <br />I 7:35 p.m. <br /> Chair Erickson requested verification of the public hearing notice. Community Development <br />I Director Kevin Ringwald verified notice of the public hearing in the Bulletin on October 22, <br /> 1997, <br />I Mr. Ringwald reported that the applicant is requesting approval modification of the Site Plan <br /> approval which was granted in Planning Case 96- I 2 to facilitate the relocation of a wall sign to a <br /> new location <br />I <br />.- <br />I <br />
