There are no private <br /> restrictions or agreements with any public <br /> authority that will not appear in the Title I <br /> Commitment and that will affect the present or <br /> future uses that may be made of the Real Property, <br /> including but not limited to size or cost of I <br /> buildings or structures; limitation on use or <br /> restrictions in regard to fences, roofs, garages, <br /> ~Id heights of buildings or structures, except for <br /> building and zoning codes; agreements to subject I <br /> architectural plans to an association or other <br /> group; provisions requiring improvements, <br /> provisions requiring the joining of others in <br /> group actions; or restricLlons imposed on the Real I <br /> Prop~rty due to its historical significance. <br />7.
