The lease documents delivered to <br /> the City and described on Exhibit J attached are ~ <br />I complete set of existing agreements for Billboards <br /> 1 and 2; and Seller has not entered into <br /> additional written or oral agreements regarding <br /> Billboards 1 and 2, <br />I 10. Indemnification.
