-
Permit Aoolication No. 06.036 Amities Construction, loc.
8. Preliminary Grading and Erosion Control Plan prepared by Pioneer .
Engineering, dated March 23, 2006, received March 24, 2006.
9. Swppp prepared by Pioneer Engineering, dated March 23, 2006,
received March 24, 2006.
10. RCWD Perrnjt Files 92-206, 96-105 and 05-092.
Findings: I. The proposed project entails subdivision of 2 lots into 4 lots and
removal of an existing home. The site is tributary to the E2 Wetland
located north oftbis site and south of County Road E2.
2. Under existing conditions, runoff from the site discharges to the
wetland along the west property boWldary. The proposed plan I
,
includes an infiltration basin that will capture runoff from the area to
be developed before discharge to the wetland. This infiltration basin
satisfies District rate and infiltration requirements for an assllffied
infiltration Fdte of 0.25 inches/hour (B-soils). However soil borings
taken near the infiltration basin are required 10 investigate feasibility
of infiltration and adequate separation between t>ottom of the BMP
and the groundwater table (at least 3 feet). A revised Grading Plan is
required including design details of proposed OUllet and identifying .
an Emergency Overflow (EO F) spillway sufficiently stabilized to
convey flows greater than the I DO-year critical storm evenl for the
infiltration feature.
The total amount of impervious area is less than an acre and
infiltration BMPs have been incorporated to the design, and
therefore. permanent sedimentation and water quality ponds are not
required.
3. 'me submitted wetland delineation identifies one wetland onsile.
The District Wetland Specialist has reviewed and approved the
submitted delineation. There are no proposed wetland impacts.
4. There is no applicable regulatory Hood elevation for this site and the
infiltration basin overflow elevation is 883.0, 10-ft below the
proposed low floor elevation (893.0), thereby satisfying District
freeboard requirements,
5. The erosion control plan includes silt fence downslope of disturbed
areas, riprap at slormsewer outfall, a rock construction entrance and
a revegetation implementation schedule. A revised grading plan is
required including construction details of infiltration feature EOF,
revegetation specifications and an acceptable calch basin inlel
.
Emmons & Olivier Resources, lnc, - :; . 4/7/06
:::::~ I~C(.c ~~~t;
i:~:.~ ?~~(,,-~.C:C:V
