. ~ ~HILLS MEMORANDUM DATE: June 30, 2006 PC Agenda Item 5.A TO: Planning Commission FROM: James Lehnhoff, City Planner SUBJECT: City Council Meeting Actions Regarding Planning Cases The City Council held their regularly scheduled meeting on June 12th, 2006, and June 26th, 2006. At the June 121h, 2006, meeting The City Council heard the following two planning cases: . Planning Case 06-017; Len Gallus; 1104 Amble Drive; Site Plan Review for a fence variations in the front yard setback . Planning Case 06-018; 1212 LLC (Rob Davidson); 1212 Red Fox Road; Site Plan Review for exterior modifications to the building at 1212 Red Fox Road. . The City Council reviewed Planning Case 06-014: Sign Code at their June 261\ 2006, mecting. Planning Case 06-017: The City Council accepted the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval and unanimously voted to approve Planning Case 06-017. The approval is subject to the six following conditions recommended by the Planning Commission: I. The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted. Any significant changes to thcse plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall requirc review and approval by the Planning Commission. 2, The applicant shall keep the fence maintained and promptly repaired if any damage occurs to the fence, including graffiti. 3. The applicant shall maintain the vegetation on the Lexington Avenue side of the fence. 4. The applicant shall locate the utilities ncar the proposed fence before the fence permit is issued. The applicant shall comply with any setbacks set by the utility company. 5. The fence shall not encroach on the public right-of-way. The lot lines shall be located prior to the issuance of the fence permit. City of Arden Hills .
