The fence permit shall be subject to approval by Ramsey County to ensure . <br /> that the lines of sight are protected. <br /> Mr. Gallus has already begun work on the fence. <br /> Planning Case 06-018: <br /> The City Council accepted the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval and <br /> unanimously voted to approve Planning Case 06-OIS. The approval is subject to the four <br /> following conditions rccommended by the Planning Commission: <br /> I. The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted. Any <br /> significant changes to these plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall require <br /> review and approval by the Planning Commission. <br /> 2. The applicant shall obtain the necessary building permits before beginning any <br /> modifications to the exterior of the structure, <br /> 3. Signage shall comply with the Sign Code. Signage shall not be installed without an <br /> approved sign permit. <br /> 4. Lighting shall conform to the requirements m Section 6.E.3 of the Zoning <br /> Ordinances. Lighting shall be directed away from adjacent properties, hooded, and <br /> not cast light that exceeds a meter reading of one foot candle on the travel lanes of <br /> adjoining public streets or .4 foot candles on adjoining residential property. <br /> Planning Case 06-014: . <br /> At the June 26th, 2006, mceting, the City Council unanimously voted to approve the new Sign <br /> Code. The new code will be published on July 5"" 2006, and go into effcct on July 6th, 2006. <br /> The Sign Code will become Chapter 12 in the City Code of Ordinances.
