Other potential uses, such as high density housing or <br /> retail, would likely result in worse circumstances in terms of trip generation and around- <br /> the-clock activity. Office use, as proposed, should result in minimal impact upon nearby <br /> residents, <br /> The development would also return this property to the tax base, which is good, while <br /> also providing a nice visual addition to the city, <br /> In all, it looks like a good plan and one that should be supported by the planning <br /> commission and counciL It certainly has my full support. <br /> \jereIY, <br /> '< O~ L vY1 c<-L.. <br />e Paul L Malone <br />
