She asked if there was a definition of immediate. Mr. Lehnhoff responded the fence would need to be put in within a couple of days, but if the Commissioner wanted to clarify the time frame in the conditions, they could do that. Staff recommended approval of the Site Plan Review subject to the subject to the following conditions: 1. The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted. Any signifieant changes to these plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall require review and approval by the Planning Commission. 2. The applicant shall obtain the necessary building permits before beginning any modifications to the extcrior of the structure. Allhough the applicant is only proposing to add the four loading bays, the rust stained walls, visible dumpsters, and broken lighting detract from the appearance of the site.
