Mr. Lehnhoff responded they had <br /> not, but if there was a concem, the Fire Marshal could look at this prior to the Council <br /> meeting. <br /> Chair Sand opened the public hearing at 7:07 p.m. <br /> Chair Sand invited anyone for or against the request to come forward and make <br /> comment. <br /> Thcre were no public commcnts. <br /> Chair Sand closed the public healing at 7:08 p.m. <br /> Commissioner Thompson noted in the conditions they indicated the fencing around the <br /> tank should be installed immediately after installation. She asked if there was a <br /> definition of immediate. Mr. Lehnhoff responded the fence would need to be put in <br /> within a couple of days, but if the Commissioner wanted to clarify the time frame in the <br /> conditions, they could do that. <br /> Commissioner Larson moved, seconded by Commissioner Modesette to recommend <br /> approval of Planning Case No. 06-019 Special Use Permit (SUP) Amendment and Site . <br /> Plan, subject to the three conditions as noted in staff s June 29, 2006, report and adding a <br /> fourth condition to read: The SUP Amendment and Site Plan shall be reviewed by the <br /> Fire Marshal for his approval and/or recommendation. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />B. PLANNING CASE 06-020: SITE PLAN REVIE\V, CITY INSULATION OF <br /> MADISON; 3755 DUNLAP A VENUE <br /> Mr. Lehnhoff stated thc applicant was requesting a Site Plan Review to modify the <br /> cxterior of the existing bllilding at 3755 Dunlap Avenue in the B-4 Zone to add four <br /> loading docks to the south side of the building. Staff recommended approval of the Site <br /> Plan Review subject to the subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted. Any <br /> signifieant changes to these plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall <br /> require review and approval by the Planning Commission. <br /> 2. The applicant shall obtain the necessary building permits before beginning <br /> any modifications to the extcrior of the structure. <br /> Allhough the applicant is only proposing to add the four loading bays, the rust stained <br /> walls, visible dumpsters, and broken lighting detract from the appearance of the site. <br /> Therefore, these additional conditions are proposed to further enhance the site: . <br />
