Aesthetics - Meets requirement <br /> The proposed addition would use building materials similar to the existing Building N (see <br /> pictures in Attachment 3C-3). The addition will use EIFS as the primary exterior materiaL <br /> The 1-2 Zone does not have guidelines for building materials. <br /> 4. Parking - Meets requirement with proofof parking <br /> Boston Scientific acknowledges that there is a 557 parking stall deficit on the Campus per the <br /> Zoning Ordinance requirements.
