L The fence plans shall be modificd so that the fence is no closer than twenty feet to the <br /> lot line corner that is near the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Amble Drive. <br /> Any significant cbanges to these plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall <br /> require review and approval by the Planning Commission. <br /> 2. Thc applicant shall locate the utilities near the proposed fence before the fcnce permit <br /> is issued. The applicant shall comply with any setbacks set by the utility company, <br /> though the fence shall not be moved any closer to Lexington A venue or Amble Drive <br /> than the modified plans, <br /> 3. The fcncc shall not encroach on the public right-of-way. Thc applicant shall be <br /> responsible for locating the lot lines prior to the issuance of the fence permit. <br /> 4. Before the face of the fence is installed, the location of the posts shall be measured by <br /> the City Planncr to confirm that the posts arc in conformance with the fence plans as <br /> modified hy condition I. The applicant shall be responsihle for contacting the City <br /> Planner prior to the installation of the face of the fence. <br /> S. The applicant shall keep the fence maintained and promptly repaired if any damage <br /> occurs to thc fencc, including graffiti. <br /> 6. Thc applicant shall maintain the vegetation on both sides of the fcnce. <br /> 7. The fence shall not infringe on the lines of sight for Lexington Avenue and Amble <br /> Drive. The fence pernlit shall be subject to approval by Ramsey County to ensure <br /> that the lines of sight are protcctcd. If upon inspection the fence is found to impede <br /> sightlines, the fcncc shall be movcd farther from the intersection. <br /> . He not cd staff had not received any letters, emails, or telephone calls from thc property <br /> owncrs or occupants in regard to this planning case. <br /> Commissioner McClung moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman, to approve <br /> Planning Case No. 06-022, Greg Peterson, 1105 Amble Drive, subject to the seven <br /> conditions as noted in staffs July 17,2006 rcport. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> C. PLANNING CASE 06-024: PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT <br /> AND SITE PLAN REVIEW, BOSTON SClENTlHC, 4100 HAM LINE A VENUE <br /> NORTH <br /> Mr. Lehnhoff statcd thc applicant is proposing to construct a 10,225 square foot addition <br /> to the west sidc of Building N. He reviewed his analysis and recommended approval of <br /> the Planncd Unit Development Master Plan (7'h) Amendment and Site Plan Review based <br /> on the submitted plans and fIndings of fact and subject to the following conditions: <br /> L The applicant shall continue to ahide by the conditions of approval as stated in the <br /> approved Master Plan P1JD except as amended by the six subsequcnt amendments. <br /> 2. A PUD Amendment form, drafted by the City Attorney, shall amend the PUD and <br /> cncompass all seven amendments to the Master Plan PUD.
