Economic Development Commission (EDC) <br />• Jud Murchie is seeking reappointment of a three-year term ending December 31, 2028. He is also <br />seeking reappointment as the EDC Chair for 2026. <br />• Ted Brausen is seeking reappointment of a three-year term ending December 31, 2028. <br />• Julie Gronquist is not seeking reappointment. <br />Additionally, following adoption on December 8, 2025 of Ordinance 2025-006 regarding City Code <br />Chapter 2, Section 220, Subsection 220.02 providing for seven (7) Economic Development Authority <br />(EDA) members, two (2) of which will be appointed from the Economic Development Commission <br />(EDC) for six (6) year terms that will coincide with their EDC membership terms, the following two <br />appointments shall be made: <br />Economic Development Authority (EDA) <br />• Ted Brausen is seeking appointment for a six -year term ending December 31, 2031. <br />• Kyle Sorenson is seeking appointment for a six -year term ending December 31, 2031. <br />Attachments <br />Attachment A: Resolution 2026-003 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
