Attachment A <br />-ADI�ENIHILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2026-003 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPOINTMENTS TO THE <br />COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES OF THE CITY <br />WHEREAS, the City Council annually appoints residents to serve in an advisory capacity to the <br />City Council for planning and zoning issues on the Planning Commission; for parks, trails and recreation <br />issues on the Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee; and for the development and redevelopment in the <br />City of Arden Hills on the Economic Development Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Chapter 2, Section 220, Subsection 220.01, Subd. 7 and 7(A) states that the <br />above Commission and Committee Members shall serve for a term of three (3) years and each Member may <br />serve for no more than three (3) consecutive three-year terms; and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Chapter 2, Section 220, Subsection 220.02 states that the Economic <br />Development Authority will be comprised of seven (7) members, two (2) of which will be appointed from <br />the Economic Development Commission membership for six (6) year terms that will coincide with their <br />Economic Development Commission membership terms. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills City Council appoints/reappoints the <br />following individuals to serve on the designated Commission or Committee with terms ending as noted: <br />Planning Commission <br />Joshua Collins, Chair 2026 <br />Brad Bjorklund — December 31, 2028 <br />Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee (PTRC� <br />SJ Julius, Chair 2026 <br />Dan Dietz, Vice Chair 2026 <br />Lacy Loosbrock — December 31, 2028 <br />Kate Olson — December 31, 2028 <br />Economic Development Commission (EDQ <br />Jud Murchie — December 31, 2028, Chair 2026 <br />Ted Brausen — December 31, 2028 <br />Economic Development Authority (EDAM <br />Ted Brausen — December 31, 2031 <br />Kyle Sorenson — December 31, 2031 <br />To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfche Weblink by visiting cityofardenhills.org and clicking on Archived <br />Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br />
