ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — DECEMBER 8, 2025 <br />K <br />Councilmember Holden questioned if anyone had done an evaluation on how much value would <br />be brought to Building 116 if investments were made in the fagade. She inquired if direction was <br />given by the JDA to move the building. <br />City Administrator Jagoe explained at this time, the JDA would be discussing the smaller <br />building aesthetics and were not considering moving the building. <br />3. Transportation Update <br />Public Works Director Swearingen reported the recent street closures have all been reopened in <br />the City. He asked that this agenda item be removed from the agenda until the next construction <br />season begins. <br />The Council supported this recommendation. <br />7. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. November 10, 2025, City Council Work Session <br />B. November 10, 2025, Regular City Council <br />MOTION: Councilmember Monson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the November 10, 2025, City Council Work Session <br />meeting minutes as amended and the November 10, 2025, Regular City <br />Council meeting minutes as amended.
