Backl!round <br /> Final Plat Overview <br /> The applicant has requested that the Plaming Commission review the Final Plat for the Arden <br /> Hills Office Park at 1440-1450 West Highway 96. The Master & Final Planned Unit <br /> Development and the Preliminary Plat were approved by the City Council on August 28th, 2006, <br /> under Planning Case 06-023. The final plat process is a technieal review and can only address <br /> the eonditions from the preliminary plat and PUD approval. Conditions cannot be added, <br /> removed, or changed without the applicant's consent <br /> The approved plamed unit development (PUD) set the design, density, layout, setbacks, <br /> landscaping, and other design elements for the proposcd offiee development The final plat <br /> process is the legal mechanism to subdividc the property into smaller parcels that can be <br /> individually sold.
