The applicant shall submit revised sitc plans that include sidewalk . <br /> connections to each building, where feasible, within the development and to the <br /> City and County trail systems. The trail along the western edge of the property shall be conveyed to the <br /> City in a manner that is acceptable to the City Attorney <br /> 3D. Easemellt Vacatioll. Stormwater Flow. The stormwater ponds shall be designed so that stonnwater <br /> does not flow onto the property from the pipes directing stormwater away from <br /> the property. <br /> 36. Construction Vehicles. Construction vehicles shall only use the entrance on <br /> Highway 96. . <br /> 37. Canopies/Awninl!s.
