At this <br /> meeting, the City Council reviewed the following two planning cases: <br /> A Planning Case 06-025; Site Plan Review; AMT lnc; 1300 Grey Fox Road <br /> B. Planning Case 06-026; Preliminary Plat; Arlene Boutin; 1600 Lake Johanna Blvd <br /> Additional information regarding recent Council aetions is also included in this report. <br /> . Planning Case 06-025: Site Plan Review, AMT Inc; 1300 Grey Fox Road <br /> Ibe City Council accepted the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval and <br /> unanimously voted to approve Planning Case 06-025 for the site plan review to expand parking <br /> at 1300 Grey Fox Road. The approval is subject to the eight conditions recommended by the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> Planning Case 06-026: Preliminary Plat; Arlene Boutin; 1600 Lake Johanna Blvd <br /> The City Council accepted the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval and <br /> unanimously voted to approve Planning Case 06-026 to re-plat the existing lot at 1600 Lake <br /> Johanna Blvd into three conforming properties. The approval is subject to the seventeen <br /> conditions recommended by the Planning Commission. The applicant will need to come back to <br /> the Planning Commission and City Council for the final plat review. <br /> City of Arden Hills <br /> .
