Req ucst <br /> To provide a summary rcport on 1548 Arden Place as it relates to the installation of a circle <br /> driveway on that property. <br /> Background <br /> A permit to demolish an existing home and to build a new home at 1548 Arden Place was <br /> issued on 11/18/02. Submitted with that permit application were plans and a registered <br /> survey dated 9/03/02. On thc survey it shows a complying single access driveway. <br /> On Nov. 27, 2000, the City amended the zoning ordinance, Ord # 322, regarding driveways. <br /> It statcs; <br /> "Section 6 iF) #1. C, Constmction Standards. <br /> These standards apply to all development. <br /> (I) Surfacing. Off-street parking areas and driveways shall be improved with a paved <br /> surface. Such areas shall be so graded and drained so as to dispose of all surface <br /> water accumulations within the area as required by Rice Creek Watershed <br /> District. <br /> (2) (6) Access to streets. Each property which abuts one or more public streets shall <br /> be entitled to at least one access to a public street. Single family uses shall be <br /> limited to one (I) access per property." <br /> . On September 101\ 2003 the City did a final inspection of the property. The City at that time <br /> wrote cOlTections regarding the property which included, but not limited to; complete <br /> landscaping and final grading. <br />
