We certainly would not have knowingly performed work on our site that was in <br /> violation of the City's ordinance. <br /> Weare sincerely looking forward to building a new home in Arden Hills. A copy of our <br /> plan is included for your reference. <br /> As part of our plarmed construction project, we intend to do extensive landscaping. The <br /> enclosed landscaping design includes features that will be natural and aesthetically <br /> pleasing to neighbors and those using Lake Joharma Blvd. Since there is a steep slope <br /> that exists between the home site and Lake Joharma Blvd, we propose to use a natural or <br /> limestone boulder wall as illustrated on the enclosed information from Pro-Wall, Inc. <br /> The area between Lake Joharma Blvd and the retaining wall will be heavily vegetated <br /> with a wide variety of plantings. Significant trees are proposed at the north and south <br /> boundaries of our property. <br /> . <br />
