The applicant shall comply with the memo from the City Engineer dated August <br /> 28, 2006. <br /> 8. The applicant shall provide at least three ADA accessible parking stalls that are <br /> subject to review and approval by the Building Official. <br /> Commissioner Zimmerman asked if the parking agreement was a signed agreement. Mr. <br /> Lehnhoff responded there was a signed agreement. <br /> Commissioner McClung asked right now how much were they deficient in parking. Mr. <br /> Lehnhoffresponded they were deficient by approximately 20 spots. He indicated if this <br /> was approved, they would have sufficient parking. <br /> Commissioner Larson asked if the new parking would have curb and gutter. Mr. <br /> Lehnhoff replied the existing parking did not have curb and gutter and the new parking <br /> would also not have curb and gutter. . <br /> Commissioner Larson asked if there would be any drainage issues onto Grey Fox Road. <br /> Ms. Giga responded there should not be any drainage problems as there were catch basins <br /> near by with sufficient capacity to accommodate the slight increase in runoff from this <br /> proj ect. <br /> Commissioner McClung moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to recommend <br /> approval of Plarming Case No. 06-025, Site Plan Review, AMT Inc., 1300 Grey Fox <br /> Road subject to the eight conditions as outlined in staffs August 29,2006 report. <br /> Commissioner Zimmerman stated he believed for the future it would be prudent for the <br /> City to push for curb and gutter and upgrade them to City standards, but he was not in <br /> opposition to this request. <br /> The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> B. PLANNING CASE 06-026 - PRELIMINARY PLAT; ARLENE BOUTIN, 1600 <br /> LAKE JOHANNA BOULEVARD <br /> Mr. Lehnhoff stated applicant was requesting a preliminary plat to re-plat 1600 Lake <br /> Johanna Blvd. into three conforming lots.
