In looking at the preliminary plat and site plan of <br /> Arden Hills Office Park, it shows seven buildings and a lot of paved parking area, Will this not <br /> cause a lot of run-off water? It appears there is too much paved area, <br /> I also believe that 30 offices is too many for this small an area. You are going to cause problems <br /> for the Day Care center, with the additional traffic going in and out of the office park, <br /> There is already heavy traffic on Hamline Avenue, The people who seek to access Hamline <br /> Avenue from Arden View Drive have difficulty doing so between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. and also <br /> again between 4:00 and 5:30 p.m, This will also be true of those who use the office park. <br /> e Will this office park be used only during day time hours or will it have some offices used at night? <br /> Will it be a lighted parking area all night long? <br /> I believe the current proposal is going to create many more problems for the residents of this <br /> area, and for the city of Arden Hills, If you wish to proceed, then I believe it should be scaled <br /> back so that there are not more than 20 offices in this small area, and more natural space <br /> ( unpaved or wooded area) provided, <br /> ..:J.nl~t::leIY, <br /> James R.
