It should be noted <br /> that the City will not assume responsibility for maintenance ofthese areas. Rather, the <br /> easement would allow access if it is ever necessary to enter these areas. The plat shows <br /> side and rear easements of (10) feet centered on lot lines (5 feet onto the Holiday <br /> property) and (20) feet centered on street side lot lines (10 feet onto the Holiday <br /> property). The applieant should change the side/rear easement over their property from a <br /> 5 foC't width to a 6 foot width, <br /> In should be made clear that Holiday will be the owner of Lot 1, Block I, Holiday Lake <br /> Addition and West Round Lake Road as well as Outlots A, B, and C, should be dedicated <br /> to the City. <br />Preliminary Plat - Deadline for Al!encv Actions <br />With regard to subdivision applications, Minnesota State Statute 462.358 Subd. 3B indieates the <br />following: <br /> A subdivision application shall be preliminarily approved or disapproved within 120 <br /> days follOWing delivery of an application completed in compliance with the municipal <br /> ordinance by the applicant to the municipality, unless an extension of the review period <br /> has been agreed to by the applicant, . <br />This particular application was received on May I, 2005.
