CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Henry called the June 22, 2004 meeting of the Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee to <br /> order at 7:05 p.m. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Bill Henry, Committee Members Jim Crassweller, Rich <br /> Straumann, Roberta Thompson, Joani Werner and Steve Zilmer. <br /> OTHERS PRESENT: Tom Moore, Director Operations & Maintenance; Michelle Olson, Parks <br /> and Recreation Supervisor; David Grant, City Council Liaison; and Kim Points, Recording <br /> Secretary. <br /> . MEMBERS NOT PRESENT: Committee Member Don Messerly. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> The Agenda was approved by consensus. <br /> 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> . Approve May 25, 2004 Minutes <br /> Chair Henry referred to page 3, County Road E/Bridge and Trail, 3rd bullet item, and suggested <br /> the term "roadblock" should be "trail block". <br /> MOTION: Committee Member Crassweller motioned, seconded by Committee Member <br /> Steve Zilmer to approve the May 25,2004 minutes as amended. The motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> 3. COUNCIL UPDATE <br /> Council Liaison Grant provided the Committee with the following update: <br /> . North Heights withdrew their proposal for a massive expansion. They will be revising <br /> . the plan and resubmitting the application. <br /> .
