Chair Henry advised the PRTC needs to review the current priorities, review a map and be <br /> provided with a list of current trail projects. Mr. Moore indicated he would e-mail that <br /> information to the PRTC members and have everyone sign off on it. That information would <br /> then be forwarded to the Planning Cormnission. <br /> Council Liaison Grant stated the PRTC should also inform the Planning Commission oftheir <br /> desired locations for monument signs within the City. <br /> Committee Member Crassweller stated he would like to understand the goal of the monument <br /> signs and potential locations. Mr. Moore advised the Planning Commission would have designs <br /> of monuments along with potential locations. The PRTC will be providing input at the joint <br /> meeting. <br /> 10. OTHER DISCUSSION <br /> Committee Member Straumann advised there is an informational meeting regarding the band <br /> shell at the Shoreview Community Center at 6:30 p.m. He indicated the Metropolitan Council <br /> Parks and Recreation Department would be participating in the Ramsey County tour in August. <br /> He also noted the National Guard is trying to put up their western fence this yet this year. <br /> . Committee Member Thompson advised the TCAAP meeting regarding Phase 3 is at City Hall, <br /> June 29, 7:00 p.m. <br /> 11. NEXT MEETING AGENDA <br /> . Field Use by Associations <br /> . Trail Priorities <br /> 12.
