The first Commission shall consist of two (2) regular <br />members appointed for a term of three (3) years, two <br />(2) regular members for a term of two (2) years, and <br />two (2) regular members for a term of one (1) year. <br />Both regular mrribers and ad hoc members of the Com- <br />mission shall serve with out compensation and may be <br />removed from office for cause by the Mayor. <br />Section 2. Repeal of Ordinance No. 115. <br />Ordinance No. 115, which amended Section 4 of Ordinance <br />105 to enlarge the composition of the Human Rights Commission <br />and provided specific qualifications for the members thereof <br />and which was passed by the Council on the 30th day of June, <br />1969, is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br />Section 3.
