CALL TO ORDER <br /> Acting Chair Crassweller called the October 25,2005 meeting of the Parks, Trails and <br /> Recreation Committee to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Acting Chair Jim Crassweller, Committee Members Larmy Baumarm, <br /> Dave McClung, Rich Straumann, Joani Werner, Cindy Wheeler, Roger Williams and Steve <br /> Zilmer. Chair Bill Henry was present via conference call. <br /> OTHERS PRESENT: Tom Moore, Director Parks and Recreation; Michelle Olson, Parks and <br /> Recreation Supervisor; and Bonita Sullivan, Recording Secretary. <br /> MEMBERS NOT PRESENT: Committee Member Derrek Hames and City Council Liaison <br /> . Gregg Larson. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Committee Member Williams stated that Item 6, PTRC Vision Statement II is being moved to <br /> the November Agenda. <br /> MOTION: Acting Chair Crassweller motioned, seconded by Committee Member Zilmer to <br /> approve the Agenda as amended. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> . Approve the September 28, 2005 Minutes. <br /> Chair Henry had the following correction: <br /> .
