MOTION: Committee Member Straumann motioned, seconded by Committee Member McClung to approve the September 28, 2005 minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously. 3. COUNCIL UPDATE NONE . 4. PARKS AND TRAILS UPDATES Mr. Moore provided the Committee with the following update: . Storm cleanup has been completed. Noted that they finished ahead of their deadline. 5. RECREATION UPDATE Ms. Olson provided the Committee with an update on the Park activities: . Currently working to finish the work at Perry Park, Field Four. Fences will be installed in one to two weeks. . As stated last month, $15,000 donation was received from Shoreview Area Youth Baseball (SA YB) and the plan is to use the donation to fund the Perry Park Field project. . Halloween Hoopla is scheduled for October 28, 225 at the Shoreview Community Center. . The City is currently in the process of hiring Rink Attendants and Ice Skating Instructors for the winter season. 6.
