ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—APRIL 13, 2026 4 <br /> 3. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> Kristine Poelzer, 1870 Indian Place, encouraged the City to educate the public regarding ADUs <br /> or accessory dwelling units. She did not want lack of facts to deter residents from pursuing <br /> ADU's. She thanked Community Development Director Reilly for his depth of knowledge and <br /> for sharing his expertise with the community. She spoke to the rising costs of purchasing a home <br /> and discussed how ADUs assist homeowners with creating multi-generational housing. She <br /> suggested the City hold an open house regarding ADUs in order to educate the public and to <br /> gather input from residents. <br /> 4. RESPONSE TO PUBLIC INQUIRIES <br /> None. <br /> 5.
