James <br />has always been on management teams that had successful <br />operations with effective employee relations. In addition, he <br />has provided human resource services as a Consultant to <br />employers, including non-profit employers, for the past ten <br />years. <br />His human resource experience includes a background in <br />employee and labor relations, compensation, including <br />alternative pay systems, benefits, employee and organizational . <br />development, staffing, including employment law, and policy <br />development. <br />James' education includes a Bachelor Degree in Industrial <br />Relations from St. Louis University and Graduate Studies in <br />Business and Industrial Relations at the University of <br />Minnesota. <br />James Cassidy is and has been active in various professional <br />organizations, namely the Twin Cities Personnel Association <br />where he developed the Roundtable Program, the Twin Cities <br />Compensation Association, and Society for Human Resource <br />Management.
