Staff has reviewed the current fee schedule, <br /> and finds most fees to be appropriate, <br /> The most significant increase is for the sale of tobacco pToducts, As a Tesult of State Legislation, <br /> the City must now complete compliance checks of all licensed establishments. These checks will <br /> increase the costs to the City, Staff is recommending the fee for cigarette vending machines be <br /> eliminated, with a new fee of $200 for retail cigarette sales being established~ <br /> Recommendation <br />. Staff would recommend that the City Council adopt Resolution #98-07 establishing the fee <br /> schedule for 1998, <br /> BF Isis <br />e <br />
