COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-07 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR 1998 <br /> WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of the Arden Hills City Code provides that permit/license fees be <br /> established from time to time by Resolution adopted by the City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has expressed a desire to review the fee schedule on a regular basis; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, staff has completed a formal Teview of all fees chaTged by the City, and would <br /> recommend that the majority of these fees remain the same fOT 1998; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that <br /> the attached fee schedule be adopted: <br /> (See Attachment A) <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these fees shall become effective January 5,1998, <br />.
